M&S - Picker App
Marks & Spencer sought to enhance their order processing efficiency and improve the picking process for their employees. I undertook a UX project to address this challenge by visiting multiple stores and working closely with the on-ground teams to identify pain points such as inefficient task sequencing and complex navigation. I redesigned the workflow to streamline tasks, simplify navigation, and integrate user feedback. The result was a more intuitive and efficient system that improved order processing times and made the picking process easier for employees.
